A social-network project born during rehabilitation, designed to connect patients, carers, and neurological professionals.

NeuroLink was conceived first as a personal rehabilitation exercise after my brain tumor surgery in 2020 and the acquired brain injury that followed, but it also has a broader purpose: helping other people facing similar experiences.
The project aims to bridge a gap that often appears between medical discharge and real rehabilitation life, by connecting:
- patients,
- carers and relatives,
- neurological and neurorehabilitation professionals.
The long-term vision is a social platform for people directly or indirectly affected by acquired brain injury and neurological disorders.
From the technical side, NeuroLink is organized as a client-server project. The server is currently the most advanced part and is available in the linked GitHub repository.
